With hundreds of episodes about trauma, mental health, therapy, and wellness, Therapy Chat is ranked among the top .05% most downloaded podcasts in every genre.
As Laura’s producer since 2016, my role has been to make sure Therapy Chat is always being produced to the highest standard, keep the schedule on track and consistently improve the production, particularly as we expanded into video in 2023.

Primordial Radio
As one of the founding directors, I played a key role in launching Primordial Radio, a crowdfunded subscription based rock & metal radio station that successfully raised £285,000 from more than 1,200 investors.
The station is still going strong today, with thousands of paying members, tens of thousands of Social Media Followers + YouTube Subscribers, and a thriving community that is one of the most active and recognizable in the UK.
As Content Director, I developed key strategies to grow Primordial Radio’s digital presence, as well as handle all of the production for YouTube & Social Media. Below is a recent example of a podcast coordinated, recorded and edited from end to end with Alter Bridge & Creed guitarist Mark Tremonti and Sevendust singer Lajon Witherspoon.

Elaine Lou Cartas, a first-generation Filipino immigrant, is an award-winning Business and Executive Career Coach for women of color and allies. She’s a former grassroots organizer, and nonprofit fundraiser who raised $11 million.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Elaine since 2023, and most recently, have started to expand from audio only into video on more strategic episodes. This includes her recent Keynote Speech at Amazon in California, the footage was recorded by FEEND Media, then edited and mastered by Vaudeo Productions.
