Pete’s professional journey took off in 2010 after he laid a solid foundation at Wrexham University, receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Studio Performance & Recording Technology. His career rapidly diversified, demonstrating his ability to captivate audiences through various media platforms. Initially, Pete channelled his skills into producing content for YouTube and working with the community radio station, Calon FM.

His expertise in radio production led him to National Radio Stations in the UK; Q Radio, Kerrang! Radio and TeamRock, where he progressed to Head of Music. In addition to his radio work, Pete continued to hone his production skills for high-profile clients such as Audible, USA Today best-selling author Emme Rollins, and the well-renowned and respected podcasts Therapy Chat & Sexology.

The formation of FT Industries in 2017 marked a significant milestone, with Pete as a founding director. This led to the creation of Primordial Radio, a station that quickly established itself as a staple in the UK Rock and Metal community. Initially starting out as a podcast, Primordial Radio launched two successful crowdfunding campaigns through Seedrs that raised £285,000 from over 1200 investors to get the station off the ground. As the Music and Content Director at Primordial Radio, Pete was instrumental in curating a robust music policy and enhancing the station's digital footprint with high-quality content and interactive events.
